Subject: Grad Student Council hotline for CS department

Description: A mailing list where students can post concerns/issues/feedback about their grad student life, and the GSC (Graduate Student Council) representatives will either help resolve the issue, or voice the concern/feedback to the GSC committee. It's just a way for students to reach out to GSC representatives, without having to remember who they are.
